Sauce - Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce
2 tsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Whisk in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Let simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes until it is thick and creamy. Pour over pasta and serve immediately.
