Cookie Bar - Congo Squares
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (12oz) bag
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. With an electric mixer, mix together brown sugar and butter until creamy. Mix in eggs, one at a time. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add flour mixture in with sugar mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Be sure not to over bake.
