Vegetable - Cucumber-Cream Cheese Pita Sandwich
1 tablespoon Italian dressing mix
4 each pita bread round
1 large cucumber very thinly sliced
2 teaspoon Lemon-pepper optional
2 teaspoon Chile-lime seasoning optional
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and Italian dressing mix. Spread 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on each circle of pita. Top with sliced cucumbers. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper and/or chile-lime seasoning. Cut into wedges and serve.
