Dip - Guacamole #2 (With Grilled Corn)

Dip - Guacamole #2 (With Grilled Corn)

3 ears corn
6 avocados
1/2 c. red onion chopped
1/4 c. cilantro chopped
2 tsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 lime juiced
1 large tomato cored and diced

Grill the corn on medium high heat until it is nice and golden with grill marks. Set aside to cool. Cut avocados in half and scoop out into a mixing bowl. Mash with fork until there are just small chunks left. Cut the corn off of the cobs and add to avocado mixture. Then add onion, cilantro, garlic, sea salt, lime and tomato. Mix will and serve with tortilla chips.
