Pumpkin Spice Mudslide

What's the difference between a cocktail and a drink? Hell, we don't know! As near as can be said, a drink is alcohol, a mixer, and (or not) ice. A cocktail is something carefully constructed using different ingredients and with finesse. Sometimes, but not always, cocktails are served in stemware, fancy glasses. You be the judge.

Pumpkin Spice Mudslide

3 Tbsp. Baileys Irish Cream
2 Tbsp. vodka
2 Tbsp. Kahlua
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice extract OR pumpkin pie spice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well; strain into a chilled glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
