What's the difference between a cocktail and a drink? Hell, we don't know! As near as can be said, a drink is alcohol, a mixer, and (or not) ice. A cocktail is something carefully constructed using different ingredients and with finesse. Sometimes, but not always, cocktails are served in stemware, fancy glasses. You be the judge.
1 cup club soda
4 ounces Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1 teaspoon heavy cream
Whipped cream
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Pour 2 ounces Chambord into the bottom of a tall glass. Top with 1/2 cup club soda. Drop in 1/2 teaspoon heavy cream. For effect, leave unstirred. Once drinking, it tastes best stirred. Top with Whipped Cream and Raspberries for garnish! Repeat with next glass. Enjoy!
