Ham - Cola-Glazed Ham
1-1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup cola
1/2 cup dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a deep dish roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place ham in pan. Whisk together brown sugar, cola and dijon mustard. Brush 1/2 of the glaze on top of and in between slices of ham. Cover ham with foil. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Remove ham from oven and baste with 1/3 of remaining glaze. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, basting with remaining glaze every 10 minutes.
