It s generally agreed throughout the world that a sandwich is two pieces of bread with something in-between. As if we were not confused enough, we have tried to list sandwiches by type: sandwich, burgers, grilled cheese, submarine, sausage (includes hot dogs), stuffed, open-face.
2 slices bread
peanut butter
thinly sliced onion
mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
Spread a layer of peanut butter on one slice of bread. Spread the other slice of bread with mayonnaise. Place a layer of thinly sliced onion on the peanut butter. Season as desired with salt and pepper. Place the other slice of bread mayonnaise-side down on top of the onions.
