Appetizer - Fried Cheese

1 lbs. cheddar cheese curds
2 eggs, beaten
½ C. milk
1 C. flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
oil for frying

Heat a large pot with oil on medium-high. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Stir in the eggs and milk. Roll the cheese curds in the batter and fry for about 2 minutes until they’re golden brown and melty.
