Groovy Hippie Commune Kumbaya Hot & Cold Salad Eat-In
All cut in small pieces:
Iceberg lettuce
Tomatoes
Radishes
Green bell pepper
Green onions
Green Manzanilla Olives, halved
Fried Potatoes - prepare and fry in EVOO:
Medium russet potatoes (or red, or gold, etc.)
small diced onion
Green bell pepper diced
Scrambled eggs cooked firm with EVOO.
Dill dressing: Mix EVOO, white distilled vinegar, Kosher salt and dried dill (these ingredients to your taste). Spoon salad into individual bowls; add a layer of fried potatoes over the top; then add scrambled eggs over the potatoes; then pour dill dressing over the top of all this. DO NOT MIX - just start eating. There is no reason you couldn't use a homemade Greek oil dressing but do not use bottled dressing. Make your own. Also would NOT recommend using a creamy dressing.
