1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1/2 red onion, sliced into rings
4 hard-boiled eggs, whites only, chopped
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
2 tsp chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp pepper, or to taste
salt, to taste
Cut tomatoes into 8 to 10 chunks per tomato. Place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
