Ranch Dressing (Jalapeno, Store-Bought Bottled)

3 cups ranch salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley(R) Original Ranch(R))
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, minced
1/4 cup pickled jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and chopped

Blend ranch dressing, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, tomato, and avocado in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
