1 cup finely chopped (or crushed) walnuts
3/4 cup flaked coconut

1 cup white sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
In a small bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Gently fold the cream cheese mixture and whipped cream together. Top with a little toasted coconut.
