1/2 pound flank steak
2 cups uncooked rice
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup beef stock
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Melt butter in saucepan, add lour and mix well into a gravy; add beef stock and beef. Low simmer for about 25 minutes. Cook rice and and place a serving on a plate. Spoon the beef gravy mixture over the rice. Add salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
