Ribs - Margarita-Style Pork Spare Ribs

2 racks pork spare ribs 4 per person
1/3 C Tequila
1/2 C Sweet and Sour mix
1/2 C cold water
3 limes juiced and zest
3 TBSP sea salt
3 TBSP Creole seasoning
2 TBSP honey
1 TSP Cayenne pepper
1 orange juiced

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Tear off a large sheet of tin foil. Place one rack of ribs on the tin foil and fold around the edges to make a box. Add 1 C of the marinade to the ribs, cover with another sheet of foil and let the ribs soak for 2 hours. During the last 30 minutes of the soak time, preheat your BBQ grill. Place the ribs on the grill at low heat for 2-3 hours.
