Sauce - Garlic Sauce

NOTE: We permit posting of hot sauce recipes from various sources because they are part of cooking, but it must be warned that some of these hot sauces are very wicked and should be made with gloves and be treated with extreme caution. You are on your own!

Sauce - Garlic Sauce

2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients until creamy and smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
