1 can (16 oz) crab meat
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 egg, beaten
1 TBLSP mayonnaise
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
bread crumbs
Mix ingredients and form into cakes. Dip lightly in bread crumbs and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
