Deviled Eggs - Caribbean Deviled Eggs
3 tablespoons capers, drained
1 teaspoon onion, minced
1 can water-packed tuna, well drained
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup mayonnaise, as needed to moisten to desired consistency
hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)
paprika
Remove cooked egg yolks and set aside. In medium size bowl, mash egg yolks. Add remaining ingredients except paprika. Mix well and stuff mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
