Chicken - Chicken Gizzards With Mushroom-Garlic Sauce

mushrooms - 7 oz
flour - 2 tbsp
butter - 2 2/3 tbsp
garlic - 5 cloves
black pepper

Boil the chicken gizzards until ready. Saute the chopped onions and mushrooms in a pot with butter. Once the onions and mushrooms have softened, add the chicken gizzards and the flour dissolved in water, 2 cups warm water and stir about 10 min. Add the pressed garlic, a little black pepper and salt to taste as well. After 5 min., remove from the stove.
