Chickpeas (Garbanzo) - Sriracha Roast Chickpeas

2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon cilantro paste
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (1/2 large fresh lime)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon roasted ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all ingredients into a medium size bowl and toss lightly to evenly coat the chickpeas. Place the coated chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Stir the chickpeas and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes. Cool and serve.
