1 can (16 oz) crab meat
1/3 cup onion; diced
1/3 cup green bell pepper; diced
1 egg; beaten
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Old Bay seasoning to taste
bread crumbs
Mix ingredients and form into cakes. Dip lightly in bread crumbs and fry. in deep fat until golden brown.
