Eggs
Cheese: cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice (shredded or squares)
Dash of salt and pepper
Milk
NOTE: The number of eggs - your choice.
Cover bottom of a baking pan with a combination of squares or pieces of cheese. Break eggs onto cheese, spacing them evenly. Sprinkle with salt and a dash of pepper. Add 1 teaspoon of milk over each yolk. Bake at 350 degrees. Check after 20 minutes.
