2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups cold water
1 teaspoon finely grated sea salt
chopped dill / parsley / cilantro / mint / grated cucumber / minced garlic / ground cumin / black pepper optional

Place yogurt, water, sea salt and optional ingredients (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth.
