Green, wax, pinto, kidney, navy, black, white, red, chickpeas (garbanzo), black-eyed peas, green (sweet) peas, cowpeas, pigeon peas, lentils, grains.

Beans (Mixed) - 3-Bean Salad #2

1 (15-oz) can green beans, drained
1 (15-oz) can yellow wax beans, drained
1 (15-oz) light red kidney beans, drained
1 medium Vidalia Onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper

Combine beans, onion, and bell pepper together in a serving bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves; pour over bean mixture. Toss to combine. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Stir before serving.
