1 abt 8-inch sub roll
Abt 3/4 cup spaghetti with sauce
Italian seasoning
Extra-virgin olive oil

This was a "kid invention" but s surprisingly good. Split the sub roll down the middle but do not separate. Sprinkle olive oil on both sides of the bread. Layer the spaghetti then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and close. Here's where some disagreement exists. If you desire, spread pasta sauce on the bread instead of olive oil. It works both ways.
