Slice SPAM lengthwise into four pieces and fry in skillet until crisp on both sides. Next, toast three pieces of bread, then slather on peanut butter and grape jam. Place crisp SPAM slices between bread to create double-decker sandwich. Butter exterior of sandwich and toast in skillet on each of the buttered side. Press down to compress the sandwich. Serve when properly golden brown.
