Donut Burger
1 slice Cheddar cheese
1 glazed donut, split horizontally
2 slices cooked bacon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Form the ground beef into a hamburger patty and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high and add the burger. Cook until medium-rare, about 2 minutes per side. While the burger is cooking on the second side, add the slice of cheese and let it melt over the heat. Place the burger on the bottom half the donut and top with the bacon slices and the top half of the donut.
