1 lb of ground beef
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 sub rolls
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup pickles
1/2 cup sliced white onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Big Mac sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons relish
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Season your hamburger patties with salt, pepper and garlic powder then grill on medium high heat until cooked to your desired doneness. If toasting sub rolls do that on the grill for 30-60 seconds until finished. Onto a cutting board place the shredded lettuce down, followed by pickles and white onions. Then season with salt and pepper. Add the two cheeseburgers and chop until everything is bite sized. Add 3-4 tablespoons of special sauce to the top of the chopped mix and continue to chop again and mix together until well incorporated. Scoop chopped mix into toasted sub rolls and enjoy!
