Oil Olive - Maple Vinaigrette

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, close the lid and shake until smooth.
