Cauliflower - Caulifllower Salad

Vegetable dishes are generally filed according to the primary or main ingredient. This is not an exact science but in the case of some vegetable salads, we'll put a copy here if it has another main vegetable component other than basic salad ingredients. NOTE REGARDING PICKLES & FERMENTED: Pickled and fermented vegetables are filed here; pickled or fermented fruit, meat and seafood are filed in their respective categories. Additionally, all beans (including green and wax) are filed in the bean category.

1 head of cauliflower steamed or boiled until tender in bite size pieces
6 boiled eggs (when done peel eggs, rinse and separate yokes into a bowl. Then mash the yolk and cut the whites into s...mall bite size pieces then blend) together.
1/3 cup (about) miracle whip or mayonnaise (don't use light it has more carbs)
3 tbs of mustard
3 tbs of pickle relish
1/8 cup of chopped onion (uncooked) can use more if you prefer
salt/pepper to taste
Garnish with paprika

Mix all together and you can garnish with egg slices and parsley. Chill over night.
