Cabbage - Mexican-Style Cabbage With Ground Beef

1 lb of ground beef
1 can of Rotel tomatoes & chiles
1 packet taco seasoning
Brown ground beef, drain. Sauté chopped cabbage in 2 Tbs of butter until tender. Add the beef to the cabbage, taco seasoning, can of tomatoes & chiles and half can of water. Simmer until liquid is absorbed
