Cabbage - Spam And Napa Cabbage

Vegetable dishes are generally filed according to the primary or main ingredient. This is not an exact science but in the case of some vegetable salads, we'll put a copy here if it has another main vegetable component other than basic salad ingredients. NOTE REGARDING PICKLES & FERMENTED: Pickled and fermented vegetables are filed here; pickled or fermented fruit, meat and seafood are filed in their respective categories. Additionally, all beans (including green and wax) are filed in the bean category.

1 (12 ounce) container fully cooked Spam luncheon meat, cubed
1 small head napa cabbage, cut into small pieces

2 tablespoons soy sauce, or to taste
1 tomato, diced

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Spam(tm) and cover; fry until browned, about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn the heat to low; add the cabbage and water. Cover and steam until the cabbage is crisp tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the lid, and stir in the soy sauce and tomato (if using). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
