Sausage - Grown Up Bologna Sandwich

It s generally agreed throughout the world that a sandwich is two pieces of bread with something in-between. As if we were not confused enough, we have tried to list sandwiches by type: sandwich, burgers, grilled cheese, submarine, sausage (includes hot dogs), stuffed, open-face.

Sausage - Grown Up Bologna Sandwich

1/4 avocado, ripe and mashed
1/4 cup mayo
3 slices Texas toast, toasted
6 slices bologna, fried
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
Fried onion strings or onion rings
Green leaf lettuce
Sriracha

Combine the mashed avocado with mayo. Slather on toasted bread. Add 1/2 bologna, cheese, onion strings, Sriracha and lettuce. Repeat.
