Oil Olive - Balsamic Dressing (Peach, Honey, Dijon)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Puree everything in a food processor or blender until smooth.
