Cookie Bar - Key Lime Magic Bar

9 graham cracker rectangles, crushed to about 1 1/2 cups crumbs
1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, coarsely ground
1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup canned sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 protein Key lime yogurt
2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips

Heat oven to 350° F. Line 8-inch square pan with cooking parchment paper; spray with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, ground oats, melted coconut oil, sugar and salt. Press mixture evenly in bottom of pan. In medium bowl, beat condensed milk, yogurt, lime peel and lime juice with whisk. Stir in coconut and white chips. Spread mixture over graham cracker base. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set and just golden around edges. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
