2 oz Irish whiskey
1⁄2 St-Germain
3⁄4 Fresh lemon juice
3⁄4 Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
Garnish: Cucumber Slice
Glass
Rocks
Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
