Chocolate Grenada
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups milk, warmed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Mix dry ingredients together in a large saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring to form a smooth paste. When all milk has been added, heat chocolate mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly until almost boiling. Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla before serving.
