1 garlic clove
4 tomatoes
1/2 large onion
6 sprigs cilantro
2 jalapenos
1/2 cup jalapeno juice (vinegar that the jalapeno is can in)
Cook ground meat in skillet with a clove of garlic and salt to taste. While that cooks chop all other ingredients place in bowl. When the ground meat is cooked place it in strainer to remove fat then let cool 15 min. When cool mix in to the other ingredients add juice. Can be eaten on tostadas or with chips.
