Pasta Puttanesca

16 oz. tomatoes (fresh or canned)
3.5 oz pitted black olives
4 Anchovies
1 Clove of garlic
1 Tablespoon of capers
Pinch of fresh parsley (garnish)
Teaspoon of red chili peppers
Extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt
Heat oil in pan add peeled garlic , Chilis, chopped anchovies,sliced olives and capers cut in half. Saute all ingredients then add tomatoes for 15 minutes. Cook spaghetti al dente drain and then add to sauce; twirl spaghetti and cook for 3 minutes. Pile on plate and add salt to taste and parsley. Serve immediately.
