Chickpeas (Garbanzo) - Roasted Chickpeas

2, 15-ounce cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and set aside
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss chickpeas, olive oil, salt and pepper, and dried Italian seasoning together in a medium bowl. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in a preheated oven for 15-30 minutes until chickpeas are golden and desired crispiness is achieved. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
