1 oz Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey
1⁄2 oz Bénédictine
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Garnish: 1 Apple slice
Glass: Rocks
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an apple slice.
