Sauce (BBQ) - Vinegar BBQ Mop Sauce

1 c cider vinegar
1/2 c hot water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup

Place brown sugar and hot water in a non-reactive bowl, and stir well until dissolved. Add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Apply liberally to chopped or pulled pork and mix through. Refrigerate for up to one week.
