6 Big Mac™ cheeseburgers with special sauce, ordered with special sauce on the side
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped dill pickles
2 cups beef stock
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with foil. Pull each cheeseburger apart separating the buns, beef patties, lettuce and pickles. Chop the buns into ½ x ½-inch pieces. Chop each beef patty into 6 pieces. Cover the lettuce and pickles and refrigerate, along with the special sauce until serving. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often for 2 to 3 minutes. Add pickles and cut beef patties and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Add stock and continue cooking until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Place cut buns into prepared pan. Drizzle beaten egg on top and toss to coat. Pour stock mixture on top. Using a spatula, stir mixture to fully coat the bread. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until top is crisp. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Drizzle with special sauce and top with lettuce before serving.
