Greek Watermelon & Feta Salad

14.1 oz watermelon, cubed
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
Mix the oil and vinegar together. Place the watermelon, feta and onion in a bowl and toss the dressing through. Best made just before serving.
