Appetizer - Grape & Feta Cheese

1 bag (about 12) mini garlic toasts (you can also use a day-old French baguette, sliced and lightly toasted)
Baby spinach leaves
Cubed Feta Cheese
Red seedless grapes
Fresh ground pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Place toast slices on a serving platter. Layer two leaves of spinach on top of toasts. Set Feta over spinach leaves. Add grapes over feta. Using the skewers, poke the top middle of the grape with the skewer and push all the way down, securing it all together. Crack fresh pepper over each skewer. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.
