3⁄4 cup whipping cream
4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
COFFEE
1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
1⁄2 cup whiskey
3 cups hot black coffee (double-strength)
For topping Whip cream with maple syrup just up until soft mounds; set aside. For coffee divide maple syrup and whiskey among 4 warmed heat proof glass mugs or goblets. Pour in coffee to 1 inch of top; spoon topping over coffee.
