4 leg quarters legs with the thighs attached
¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
¼ cup barbeque sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of ginger
salt and pepper
green onions for garnish

Remove the skin from each piece of chicken and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, barbeque sauce, garlic and ginger powder. Brush half of the sauce over both sides of the chicken and lay the chicken meaty side down on the baking sheet. Place in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove pan from the oven and flip chicken over. Brush the rest of the sauce over the chicken and place back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165. When the chicken is completely cooked through, remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onion.
