6 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 eggs
1 - 21 ounce can Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Pie Filling
3/4 cup prepared caramel sauce

Press the mixture firmly in the bottom of the prepared pan. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and salt until creamy. Add the eggs and beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth. Fold the Lucky Leaf Apple Pie Filling into the cheesecake mixture. Spoon or pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until filling is set. Remove and let cool on a wire rack for an hour. Refrigerate until chilled completely. Just before serving, cut into 12 squares, drizzle caramel sauce on top of each square, and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Refrigerate leftovers.
