Ascot Cocktail

What's the difference between a cocktail and a drink? Hell, we don't know! As near as can be said, a drink is alcohol, a mixer, and (or not) ice. A cocktail is something carefully constructed using different ingredients and with finesse. Sometimes, but not always, cocktails are served in stemware, fancy glasses. You be the judge.

Ascot Cocktail

1 oz Ultimat vodka
1 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac
1⁄2 oz Carpano Antica formula vermouth
1⁄2 oz Dolin dry vermouth
Glass: Coupe

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
