Dip - Cheesy Corn Dip

10 oz. can of diced tomatoes & green chiles (like Ro-Tel)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
3/4 cups sour cream
1 1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend or Cheddar)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Stir everything together in a large bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Can be made a day in advance. Serve with crackers or chips.
